You will have the table that you purchased. The tables are numbered.
Each table has a set number of chairs represented by the red dots on the table/seating chart.
With the purchase of the table, you will receive a cover (entry) for the number of chairs at your table. Example table 21 has 10 dots. You will have 10 chairs.
You will tell 10 people the name on the reservation. The name on the reservation is the person’s name on the credit card receipt or enter “JOHNSON PARTY” on the special instructions line at the online checkout. This is the preferred and recommended method for naming your reservation.
When you arrive at the event you will let the host or hostess know your party name. They will take you to your table.
You will have a server assigned to your table and that server will stay with your table the entire night.
At 7:45 we will be clearing the bar. After the bar is cleared, we will start seating people. This will be a quick process and will make for a better experience.
Your reservation starts at 8 PM. and your table will be reserved for you until 9 PM! If you plan on not being here until after 9:00 p.m. to claim your table, you must email Dave at shakopeebowl@yahoo.com more than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
Example: Band starts at 8:30 pm on Friday night you must email prior to 8:30 pm on Wednesday evening that week.
This is the ONLY way to reserve or guarantee a table. No other table reservations will be taken during this event.
Nothing additional comes with the ticket and table reservation. You are purchasing the table/number of chairs and covers that come with that specific table.
Tables come with the number of chairs represented by red dots on the map.
Each night after tables are sold out, there will be roughly 150 “standing room only” cover charges available at the door.
All ticket sales are nonrefundable.
If the event is canceled by Shakopee Bowl or the performers, a refund will be issued in the form of a Shakopee Bowl gift card minus a 15% processing fee.
All performances are 18+ after 8 PM
